Executive Operations Assistant to CEO (Remote – Pakistan Preferred) Web Operations | SEO | Analytics | Platform Administration We are hiring a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support the CEO and operational activities of a UAE-based employment platform. This is a long-term remote independent contractor opportunity for someone who is analytical, organized, technically capable, and comfortable handling operational coordination, reporting, SEO execution tracking, admin workflows, and platform support. ### Role Scope The selected contractor will assist in areas including: - Executive operational support and coordination - Website/platform administration support - SEO execution tracking and optimization coordination - Analytics reporting (GA4, conversions, acquisition funnels, subscriptions) - QA checks and issue tracking - Vendor sourcing and comparative analysis - Documentation, audit-ready filing, and reporting - Reference library governance (skills/professions/locations/categories) - Workflow monitoring and operational follow-up ### Requirements - Strong English communication skills - Highly organized and process-driven - Experience with Google Workspace - Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or similar systems - Experience with SEO tracking and reporting - Experience with analytics dashboards and reporting - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong confidentiality and professionalism standards - Stable internet connection and reliable workstation ### Mandatory Availability Candidate must maintain an 8-hour overlap with UAE time. Shift options may include: - 07:30–15:30 UAE time OR - 15:00–23:00 UAE time ### Important Conditions - Independent contractor role only (not employment) - Monthly fixed compensation - No overtime structure - Strict confidentiality obligations apply - Strict data handling and security requirements apply - No unauthorized AI tools or third-party applications may be used with company data ### Preferred Background Candidates with experience supporting: - startups, - SaaS platforms, - recruitment platforms, - operations teams, - executive offices, - analytics/reporting functions, will be preferred. ### To Apply Please submit: 1.
