About us: EZ Factory offers the scalable platform: EZ-GO that supports operators and helps production organizations manage safety, quality, efficiency and training. With EZ-GO, you digitize and professionalize: * Safety rounds & audits: complete traceability and real-time visibility * Standard work & digital instructions: fewer errors, higher consistency * Line controls & checks: better compliance and immediate insight into deviations * Operator communication & training: faster onboarding and higher engagement The challenge: For the past 2 years, we've been working with an SEO marketing agency, but we're not seeing desired measurable results or progress. As a marketing coordinator, I'm wanting to interpret our Google Analytics data, which prevents me from assessing where we stand and what is or isn't working. We also suspect our GA setup may not be properly configured. We have a key decision point on March 4th with some partners ands potential partners and want to be well prepared, and want to better equip our internal team. What we're looking for: An experienced digital marketing expert with: ✓ Proven expertise in SEO and Google Analytics (including GA setup/configuration) ✓ Experience in the B2B and/or SaaS industry (preferred) ✓ Ability to make complex data clear and actionable ✓ Experience training/coaching marketing teams ✓ Available for training The project: Audit + training where you: - Analyze and optimize our Google Analytics setup and configuration - Analyze and interpret our GA data (1 website) - Assess the effectiveness of our current SEO efforts - Train our marketing team (5 people) preferably in GA data interpretation (in 1 hour) - Formulate concrete, clear recommendations for next steps - Nice to have: benchmarks vs. other B2B SaaS companies Deliverables: - Analysis report covering GA setup, configuration, and data insights - Preferably Onsite training session for 5 team members - Actionable recommendations for our agency meeting (March 4th) Project details: - Scope: 1 website with Google Analytics - Team: 3 marketing professionals optional 2 management - Location: EZ Factory, Mahatma Gandhilaan 6, Eindhoven, preference for onsite training - Budget: Open for discussion, let us know what fits your approach - Timeline: Completed before March 4th, 2026 How to apply: Submit your proposal including: - Relevant experience in B2B SaaS and GA setup/optimization - Your approach for this project (audit + training) - Availability for training session(s) - Indicative rate for the complete assignment - References or case studies (if available) Are you the expert who can help us?
