I need a senior consultant who can jump straight into a finance-sector Incentive Compensation Management / Sales Performance Management rollout on Pigment while also guiding our internal planning team on enterprise performance management best practices. Here is the landscape you will walk into: we have already chosen Pigment as the primary platform, and we are about to connect it to a Xactly comp engine and an existing Anaplan model. What we lack is the hands-on know-how to stand up the Pigment models, configure complex compensation rules, and shape an EPM framework that scales as we grow. That is where you come in. Your core mandate is two-fold—own the ICM/SPM build inside Pigment and serve as an advisor on broader EPM process design. A strong, recent track record with finance organizations is important because our stakeholder language, data structures, and regulatory touchpoints are all finance-centric. I am looking for someone who can commit part-time, work remote anywhere in the U.S. (onsite in Fremont, CA when workshops are critical), and start within the next few weeks. If you meet the 7+ year experience bar across Pigment, Anaplan, and Xactly, please share your résumé and a brief note outlining relevant projects. I will review and schedule a call quickly so we can scope milestones together.

Hi there, thanks for sharing the details on your Part-Time Pigment Implementation Advisor role. I’m a senior consultant who can jump in quickly to own the ICM/SPM build in Pigment, including standing up models, configuring complex compensation rules, and aligning the solution to a finance-centric rollout. I’ve supported finance organizations with Incentive Compensation Management and Sales Performance Management programs, translating regulatory and stakeholder needs into scalable EPM data structures and repeatable operating models. Since you’ve selected Pigment and are connecting it to Xactly and an existing Anaplan model, I can help architect the end-to-end flow, validate rule logic, and ensure the framework grows cleanly as your volume and programs expand. I’ll also guide your internal planning team with best-practice enterprise performance management process design, so planning, performance measurement, and compensation stay consistent. What comp rule types are currently in scope for the first rollout (e.g., accelerators, caps, tiering, clawbacks)? And how is your Anaplan model structured today for target/budget inputs, are we mapping dimensions like territory, product, quota, and role directly into Pigment? Best regards!

For a project with complex finance-centric needs, I understand that it's crucial to find a consultant who can roll up her sleeves and bring years of hands-on expertise to the table. As someone with over 22 years in strategic leadership positions, I have not only worked across different continents but also operated at the nexus of finance, logistics, manufacturing -- all those areas that are fundamental to your project. While my background may seem different at first glance, working where multi-jurisdictional complexity and geopolitics meet execution has honed my skills to turn risk into structured, controllable systems - just what you need for your critical Pigment implementation. My experience in managing international sanctions regimes and compliance-driven structures connects well to the crucial finance function within your project. Additionally, I am no stranger to complexity or constraints and can deliver stability and scalability under any circumstances. For example, I have successfully scaled operations in industries as varied as consumer electronics and meat processing, all in high-risk environments. Should you grant me this opportunity, I assure you an unwavering commitment to solidify your Incentive Compensation Management / Sales Performance Management roll out on Pigment while providing valuable insights that stem from being an internationally-minded problem solver. Let's turn this landscape into an EPM masterpiece.

Hi there! ICM/SPM rollouts in Pigment can get complex quickly, especially when integrating with Xactly and Anaplan while keeping finance-grade accuracy, auditability, and scalability. I understand you need both hands-on implementation and advisory support for enterprise performance management design. I have experience in enterprise performance management, finance systems implementation, and planning tools including Pigment and Anaplan, along with exposure to incentive compensation and sales performance workflows similar to Xactly setups. I’ve worked on building scalable data models, calculation logic, and structured planning frameworks for finance teams. My approach will start with reviewing your existing Anaplan model and Xactly compensation structure to understand current logic and dependencies. I will then design and implement Pigment models with accurate compensation rule configuration and clean data integration. Alongside implementation, I will guide your internal team on EPM best practices to ensure scalability, governance, and long-term maintainability. The focus will be on building a reliable, finance-ready system that supports both operational compensation execution and strategic planning. check our work https://www.freelancer.com/u/ayesha86664 Are your compensation structures already finalized in Xactly, or still evolving? Let me know if you’re interested & we can discuss it. Best Regards Ayesha
