Android Application to Emulate Theta V Camera - (Sending Queue Images as Remotely Shuttered)

Looking for an *Android application* (& source files) for emulating a Theta V camera on an Android phone.
1) The purpose of the *Android application* is to allow an existing remote client to connect to the *Android application* thinking it is connected to the theta V camera. (I will us WiFI Hotspot on the android to provide the wifi connectivity)
2) The *Android application* when run would have a menu/option to select a local directory that has EXR and OR JPG images. These images have already been taken previously. (See samples)
3) The existing remote client would click the shutter/take "photo".
4) The *Android Application* would deliver a single JPG image being the next JPG render of the EXR file or the next JPG from the selected directory(in order), and advance to the next image for delivery as the exiting remote client click shutter/took a "photo".
5) The *Android App* would display the photo it was ready to send next and some queue information about how many images to go, counting down as it delivers images and making some noise when the queue was finished.
There appears to be existing GitHub code for the framework to accomplish most of the requirements. SEE.
