Hi, I have developed similar app to stream to Icecast server for a client. reading from your description there are many open questions so i cant exactly quote days as we can only decide days once we know the exact requirements. let me know if you are interested then we can take it further via chat here and discuss in depth. we would need to finalize if you want us to build a server running shoutcast / icecast (our preference will be icecast rather than shoutcast as Shoutcast uses more system resources than Icecast {we can share stats in depth for memory use, CPU use and bandwidth use if you prefer}) i want to set expectations that this project will not be a quick one, this would take couple of months easily depending on your requirements and streamlining the app.
