Essential Skills - English and Native Brazilian Portuguese (both written and spoken). A good understanding of both Android and iOS mobile apps. 1) Customer support This involves responding to customer emails via our support software. Respond to all reviews on the App Store & Play Store. This is a daily task which would take around 2-3 hours per day. We will provide all the necessary support for this role. Software training will be provided and regular video calls can be arranged to ensure full support is available. All communication with users is written (no phone-calls are required). 2) Ad-hoc translations We are constantly improving the App and adding/changing features so help with translations is required. These requests are normally very short and should take about 30 minutes a week in total.
