Build me Android & IOS App in Arabic

Hello Freelancers, I am planing to build a new real estate website for my customer, and He want also the same website to have Android and IOS version App, Please do not use web to apk online converter tools, It should be Original APK and IOS files and ready to upload to the Apple and Google store.. The app should be completely in Arabic, and Have property icons shown on map (Arabic Map from google or something else).. Search engine should have filter and sort functions, user can with Facebook and google register and have his own profile and inbox, Push notification alert when a new property interested in the website write down your offers and show your works, any offer without work portfolio will be discard.. I will choose the cheapest price..
