Build me a mobile game for iOS and Android

Little Ricebowl is a game development company based in the UK, looking to expand into the mobile gaming segment. We are looking for a 2D game for iOS and Android, developed in Unity, that has core gameplay similar in style to Bricks Ball Crusher ([login to view URL]), with bright and vibrant colours, fully complete and ready for publishing, with integrated ads and the ability to easily design and add new levels.
Required:
- A variety of new gameplay mechanics introduced as players progress through levels (e.g. Bomb blocks, frozen blocks)
- Banner ads at the top of the main game view
- A gem system linked to a shop where gems can be purchased for real money, including bundles with gems and items
- The option to get more balls by watching an ad
- Cosmetic ball upgrades which can be purchased in a shop for gems
- Special items that help with level progression (e.g. Rockets) that can be purchased in a shop for gems
- Auto view of ad after game over, then option to get another life by watching another ad
- Life regenerates after set time with option to watch ad for extra life or purchase more lives with gems
Desirable:
- Daily gifts menu with option to get bonus gems by watching an ad
- Create option where players can create and share their own levels
