Hello, As per your requirement, we can create the app you want with an admin panel in the backend for you to maintain the app and it’s data. The basic flow of the app would be something like, when user enters the parking area, he will have to enter his details like name, car number and select the option vehicle in from the menu screen, as he will click on enter button, system will generate a ticket with a QR code with all the details of the user and time log, and at the time of exist user will have to scan the QR code given to them on ticket or again enter details on the screen and selecting Vehicle OUT option, at this time system will calculate the total time and generate the final amount to be paid by the user. All these entries will be logged in to the database in real time and can be accessible only by admin via admin dashboard. The technology stack required to create this app would be Java/Kotlin with android studio and for the backend we can use Laravel with MySQL database.
