I have 3 excel workbooks that I use in my business for timecards and invoices/bids. They use macros for the functionality I'm looking for. I am trying to move all of my field technicians into having only Android Tablets as they are much more convenient for our needs and function with a dispatching software we use. Is there a way to convert or simply write a program for the Android OS that does the same thing as these workbooks. I have included them for review.

I have gone through both the excel files provided hereby and understood it however I would like to put forward a suggestion to you. I would suggest you build a Responsive Web Application instead of building an Android App. Android App can be utilized only on Android platform however Responsive Web App can be utilized on all the OS, Borwser and Devices. Kindly think over it. Our current quote is based on assumption which would be revised once we initiate the discussion and review macros available in excel file. We believe in establishing long term relationship with my clients, giving them best services at a reasonable rate.
