Create android web application !!

Hello.... I would like to create an application which i use for sending free sms from a website to mobile phone On the main screen of my app there are 2 textbox 1. for username 2. for password and 1 button and on button click event i want to send my username and password to website like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (using HttpRequest , HttpClient, HttpResopnd) and application goes on second screen on that screen there are also 2 textbox 1. for mobileNo 2. for Text Message and 1 button for sending sms from any of these website [login to view URL], [login to view URL] [login to view URL] to mobile phone... if u want to see related application u can find app on google application name is "free sms india" if u need i will send u the source code of this app(free sms india) but it is very complicated to refer.....
