flutter app ( appointments )

I have an app made by flutter , it's like 30% of the code and I'm looking for one developer to continue the work . Scope of Project : the app it's for family villa appointments, so the users who get accepted by the admin can use the app . what is already there: full Project API's user flow 30% of app design what the developer will do ? you needs to integrate them with the app . handling the app design add Arabic English language what the user can do ? 1- add appointments (select date [from-to] select time [from-to] 2- edit his appointment if the the request still pending . 3- add private picture from his camera 4- put this picture to public mode so other users can see the picture and put like on it 5- change picture status from public to private 6- see his appointments with booked days by him or other users 7- change his information [password, name ..etc] 8- receive notification by change the status of ( accept by admin [appointments , pictures ] what the admin can do : 1- accept new user 2- ban users 3- unban user 4- accept appointments 5- reject appointments 6- accept request picture to public mode
