The application is for a specific application for warehouse operation when a user picks an order. The data is all held on an SQL Server database on a Windows machine and I deal with all of this. The operator logs in and selects which order to pick. The order may be for between 1 and 50 items. The Android item displays what item to pick first and where it is. The user uses the built-in barcode reader to scan the item barcode and the next item is displayed. When all done, the operator presses a button to finish the order.
We already have a larger Windows tablet to do all of this but we have to change to a small Android hand-held unit, something like a Zebra MC2200 or TC20.
We'd prefer if it is done in something we can use also, perhaps Android Studio.
After the project is complete and paid for we have to be able to do our own modifications.
