I'm a mobile app developer. I have an iOS music app that I'd like ported to Android since Android isn't my primary skillset. I can provide a spec, iOS code (if needed), designs, recommended libraries, etc.
There is currently an Android of the app written in OpenGL. The new app would replace the current one using native Java/Kotlin for easier development in the future.
The majority of the music portion of the app is cross-platform (using libpd and Android NDK) and would not need to be written. Therefore, the majority of the app is UI. There is local storage (using realm), but no backend server or APIs to call. Everything is stored locally.
