Rating & review App development

I’m building a dedicated review and rating app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Users will sign up and log in solely through phone-number verification with a one-time password flow—no email or social logins required. Core experience I need you to deliver: • A clean 1-to-5 star rating widget. • Text review submission with character-limit control. • Optional image and short-video attachments on each review, stored efficiently and displayed in an in-app gallery. On top of the user-facing work, I’ll need basic moderation tools (hide, delete, or flag a review), real-time average rating calculations, and push notifications that confirm when a review goes live. You’re free to choose the stack—Flutter, React Native, or native builds—as long as both app stores receive polished, production-ready releases. Please include: • Source code with clear comments. • Build and deployment instructions. • A brief hand-off call or video walkthrough once everything is approved. If you have live examples of similar review systems you’ve shipped, link them in your proposal so I can get a feel for your approach.
