Hello, i need a freelancer to develop an app in android, to read LogTag Dataloggers .csv in android.

We prefer developments in Delphi XE Berlin,Tokio.
it's used a usb to usbc to connect datalogger into android.
The goal is to read the information from the csv that is inside the datalogger, to send the temperatures to a local file or an SQL server.
