Simple Kiosk App - Single App Access with Wifi Setup

I need a freelancer and expert in android studio, that can make me a simple kiosk android app. This kiosk app will let the admin to LOAD a single app at startup before anything else starts, and restrict users from accessing anything else on the tablet besides the ability to connect to Wifi, and the single app chosen by the admin. Thats basically it. Simple and sweet. Functions Needed: 1. (Admin) Able to select which app/program you wish to boot up automatically every time android device turns on. 2. (Admin or user-if applicable) To disable app, click anywhere 7 consecutive times to bring up password prompt. 3. (Admin) can create a password to disable kiosk. 4. NO ACCESS to anything else but the single app that was chosen by the admin, at the time of initial setup. Screens includes: 1. Splash screen - shows logo with colored background 2. Create Password Screen - gives user/admin the ability to create a password that will disable the app. 3. App List Screen - Shows list of apps to choose which app to load at bootup every time. 4. About Screen - info about the app/company/etc. 5. Password Prompt - this screen is the screen that will show when user/admin wants to disable the app, will show password prompt to enter their password. 6. Help/Contact Screen - shows links to website for help documents and contact information. 7. Wifi Screen - this screen will give the user/admin to connect to their wireless network if ethernet cable is not available. This will probably show up after the splash screen, in order for the user to setup wifi before going into the chosen app. **This app must be able to be viewable on all different sizes of android devices, example: Mobile Phones, Tablets, Android TV boxes.
