Webview Android and iOS app with some customization

Hello, I need your service. I want a Webview app both for iOS and Android.
1- My website has Google maps and find my location button. When you're in Website and click the button, browser prompt appears and asks for a permission. Then you give a permission and it works fine.
But in webview, when you click the find myn location button, it gives an error, says you need to activate location. Then you have to go your phone settings>location>app name> give location permission.
But this process is not okay for most users.
Finally: the webview app must ask for a location permission when you first open the app in a dialog, so user shouldnt do it manually.

2- I want a splash screen just an image.
3- I want a welcome screen Like in the picture. Slideable. User can complete the steps or press get started in any slide screen then the webview will start
now you see there is 4 dots and active one is wider.
when mobile app opens, the first dot will be active and wide. the background is a picture and some text content.
then you slide left and go to [login to view URL] dot and [login to view URL] dot will be wider and new background and new text appears. then 3th and 4th..
Check [login to view URL] picture please. We want the same design. Heading, text, dots and a button. We will give you background images.
4- If user opens our app without Internet Connection enabled on his/her computer, can you prepare a screen? this app needs internet connection to work
