iPad animated comic book app with read aloud

I have a comic book in pdf format (approx 38 pages). The project is to - Develop an iPad application that has the same comic (Content/images can be taken from PDFf), but with animation - The animations will be in line with story line of the comic - Add voice to the pages (the application reads the book for the viewer) You can get a fair idea here: [login to view URL] Provide references to similar work you have done in your bid.
