Need flash animation for our web site

We find the animation at the top of our web site at, [url removed, login to view] not good enough. But we like the menu part at the top of the flash. I want the designer to keep the menu but make a MUCH better animation (I will provide the .fla).

FYI, This is for the home page of a Windows proxy server product. It should look professional, cool and be in harmony with the colors of rest of the page. It should not be "full of all the colors" yet not black and white as well. This is a semi-enterprise product which is getting more enterprise customers every day. The texts could emphasize the company's pitch "Software IQ: Innovation & Quality" and the product's pitch "S3 Smarter Scalability and Security" (the "3" in S3 should be superscript).We will provide the logos if they are not already in the .fla.
