Build me a short movie for raising funds

I work for an NGO and we want to buy land and build a building. We need funds for that. When we approach donors they ask to show a video of what it would be like. We need to make a short video. This will be an animated video with voice over, sub titles, still and moving images. The brief document is enclosed. I would like to see a sample of the work, customised to our needs before I decide the winner. The winner will then complete the the full video.
