Character & Animations Required

i need 2 characters (Humanoid) to be used in a 3d Unity Game

I recommend you should use 3D max for this work, but if you are going to use some other software, you have to tell me about it in start so i can check whether i can get it download and work on my macbook or not, otherwise we cannot work.

Also, you have to make sure that we should be able to use that character in the Unity Game and the character should not get got/downloaded from any character model selling website (i mean to say, there should not be any issue arise while using that character in the game, ok).

Both Characters should have the following animations as described in the attached document.
