Create Character Animation (either 2D or 3D)

We are in the process of launching a new cartoon series and will soon be looking to have a long format (24 minute) pilot episode done. For now, however, we are seeking bids for:

A 30-second introduction with highlights.

A 5-minute pilot episode.

We are seeking bids for both both 2D animation and 3D animation as we have not yet decided which direction we will go.

The show, LIL' MONARCHS, has a big cast, but for the 5-minute pilot it will include between 5 and 8 characters and have 2 set locations (a baseball field and a club house).

Once an animator / animation house is selected, we will provide additional drawings as needed, a script, and audio files for the five minute pilot.

We do not require final post production as we will do that in house. We will, however, need all the animation files that are produced so that we can cut the sequences, resync the voice overs, layer folly and audio tracks, etc.

Below (attached) are 2D drawings of the 8 characters (Aki, Champ, Chico, Coaches Puck & Big Don, Hero, Josh, Manny, and Sam) plus the Lil's Monarchs' field.

With your bid please provide an overview of your production process, a timeline to finished product, as well as potential timelines for a full 30-minute pilot and a full season of 13 episodes as eventually we will need long format animation.
