Promo Video for an instructional design and training company

I am looking for a 60 second promotional video for an instructional design and training company. It should advertise the fact that the owner offers a wide range of training topics from financial reporting protocols to the handling of toxic waste.
We will need script, voice-over, storyboard and music. This should have the look and feel of "professional." I am still working out the details and weather or not it should be animated and/or possible live action short takes. If you are not a specialist in all of the above, please let me know what portion of the project you feel most comfortable with.
