Video explainer using SCRATCH - animated characters speaking Hindi & Gujarati

We are an established software product development and project engineering company - in business since 2014 at Ahmedabad, India. Occasionally we outsource software components or customised extensions to free lancers. Presently we are supporting a start-up called workernaka . com (website is up) and we need to create short video explainers for target users - viz. construction workers and construction contractors. We have the script ready. We need you to create scenes where worker is seen interacting with his family then at the "Naka" where workers and contractors gather daily in the morning and negotiate the daily assignment. Anyone proficient with Scratch can complete the clip within one week - one version in Hindi and second one in Gujarati. Voice dubbing can be arranged by us, if required. The clip will include tutorial (with screen shots) for teaching workers and contractors how to use the program. Thanks.
