I am looking for a partner who wants to run estate auctions with me. It´s very easy work, no investment for you.
Requirements: 1) You MUST be reliable, when an appointment is set you MUST be available. 2) I do not mind whether you are a male or female, but some people may need help carrying a larger box to their car. 3) It is ideal, but not mandatory, that you are familiar with flea markets near you. 4) You must have skype 5) You do need some storage space, say enough to store one small cat tree, 25 microwaves, 25 coffee makers, and 50 small items (like figures, dishes, vases)...6) You must have a credit card. You do not need to use it, but we need it to register to have an estate auction. It will be in our account, but I will not be able to see the card number, 7) You may want a second phone where buyers will call you to set up an appointment to pick up their items.
How it will work; 1) I will sell the items in the auction, and once the buyer pays, then 2) I will then send you individual items (or sometimes a large box of items for one buyer), 3) You will need to take one or two pictures of whatever I send you, 4) You must pick 2 days per month (for example September 24th and September 25th) and a time (for example 10 AM - 1 PM) where the buyers must come to your place to pick up the items. 5) We both split the profit 50-50.
As I am just beginning to try to earn as an estate auction, I do not know if this will be successful or not. I will explain more when we talk.
