Small website needed

Need a website created for massage/spa business. I pretty much know what I want, just don't have a time to do it. I am web developer, but not a designer, although I am very familliar with css. I hope the requirements are detailed enough. I'll provide also a html template set that can be used as starting point. I will provide you with a mockup of how pages should look like, as far as the layout goes. You need to add artistic element to it. I want clean, bright, up to date design. Please send me a links to your work. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) You are to provide all the files as a expression web 4 site project. Technical requirements: 1. server side technology independent, no database required, pure html/css/jQuery 2. xml transitional compliant 3. css driven, no tables for layout 4. css has to be truly cascading, no inline styles if possible 5. no inline javascript, all script using jQuery 6. javascript must be at the end of the page 7. pages must be derived from expression web template(s). This is very important. You are to provide complete expression web project 8. no flash or any other plugins, jQuery based animations are ok 9. site map must be included and accessible from every page Site requirements: You will need to come up with a nice layout template for the main page that will be applied to all other pages. It has to be clean, bright, with easy to read content. I have something already but I want you to tweek it a little bit, make it more interesting. Layout and containers have to be rounded as well as buttons. You have artistic freedom here to come up with something. This needs to be done via jQuery Menu options: 1. Home, About Us, Find Us, Services initially. Must be able to add aditional links later on. Other pages will be asscessed from the content. Each page: 1. must have a Facebook and Twitter links as images. Must be nicelly integrated into the website. 2. "schedule an appointment" "button", that will pop up modal dialog. Can use jQeury plugin. I'll pick one. This form will feature following fields First and Last Name, email, phone, and three sets of dates and times to pick from. Form will be emailed, no database. It has to be prominent, easily to spot. 3. introductory offer button, it is like a "special offer" banner, some animation required using jquery. You have to come up with a design. I'll provide a text. 4. contact information Each of these has to be in separate div element, with a semi-transparent background. Services page: This page is just a list of services that we provide. I'll provide a content, you'll have to make it nice. On each service there are three prices, and I need you to come up with a way to show them without breaking a flow of the page. There are three sections here that need to be linkable from the main page with "#" hash. Find Us Page: 1. Google map with static map point using jQuery, no jQuery plugin if possible, I'll provide a link to article on how to do it if you don't know. 2. Standard "conact us" form with First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone fields that will be sent to email address list static contact information Other pages: About Us, Benefits of massge, Faq and First visit are just a place holders with a expression web template applied.
