.htaccess + prestashop

To whom it may concern,
I need a programer to setup/modify an .htaccess for a the redirection .
For example:
[url removed, login to view] or anything inside that folder to point to another domain. You will be provided with the existing .htaccess file.
The other job I need doing is to find out why a button in Presashop isn't changing when I update it in the admin.
I'm an MCSE and a CCNA looking for someone in Europe who is professional, reliable and who is willing to explain a little what and where they did.
