I need a mechanism discovered for scraping review data from Google Maps. Currently, we're using the batchexecute endpoint. We're successfully grabbing review data, but we're only getting 5 reviews at a time and are not receiving a pagination cursor which means we're in the "limited view". We need to figure out how to get requests through outside of that limited view, so that we're seeing a full 10 per request along with a pagination cursor to see the next 10. I will not respond to automated bids. I want to work with someone who has experience in scraping this data and specifically paginating through it. This endpoint was introduced a couple of months ago when the old one was removed. In your bid, to prove that you know what endpoint I'm talking about (the current batchexecute endpoint), please include the full endpoint URL as well as the rpcids value that is used in the URL to denote that we're grabbing reviews. Another note: this should be done without requiring a login. I should be able to simply run this on my home IP and have it spit out the list of reviews from the first page, and the pagination token for the next page.

➰➰ EXPERIENCED PYTHON & WEB SCRAPING DEVELOPER Hi there, ✋ I have experience working with Google Maps data extraction, reverse-engineering web requests, pagination flows, and handling changes when Google deprecates existing endpoints. From your description, I understand you're already using the newer batchexecute review endpoint and are currently stuck in the limited-view response where only 5 reviews are returned without a pagination cursor. The goal is to identify what request parameters, headers, tokens, or request flow are required to consistently receive the full review payload with pagination support, without requiring login credentials. ⭕ Can you share a sample request/response where you're receiving only 5 reviews? ⭕ Do you already have working code for the current batchexecute endpoint, or should I start from scratch? ⚡ I can begin by analyzing the current endpoint behavior, identifying why the response falls into limited mode, and testing methods to retrieve the pagination token consistently. ➰ Let's discuss the current implementation and sample responses. Thank you.

Hi — Puru here from ErgoSphere. You're essentially building a more robust Google Maps review scraper that bypasses the current "limited view" constraints, enabling access to full sets of reviews with pagination tokens. What usually matters most here is maintaining stable access to the endpoint and implementing effective pagination to reliably fetch complete data sets. I recommend using Python with libraries like `requests` or `httpx` for handling HTTP requests, combined with a robust parsing library such as `BeautifulSoup` or `lxml` for HTML parsing. Using a rotating proxy service could help in managing IP restrictions, ensuring access without logins. This approach balances efficiency and compliance, avoiding rapid IP bans. I've worked on web scraping, data extraction, API development, and automation, which align well with your project's needs. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – Are there specific locations or types of businesses you are targeting for these reviews? Q2 – How often do you anticipate needing to run this scraper to keep data up-to-date? Q3 – Would you need any form of data storage or reporting functionality? A working prototype could reasonably be targeted within 3–4 weeks, followed by a polished release in roughly 6 weeks depending on endpoint stability and IP management. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, For the reviews call, the endpoint is `[ENDPOINT URL]` and the `rpcids` value is `[RPCIDS VALUE]`. I have worked through how this batchexecute call drops into the limited view instead of returning a full page with a next-page cursor. I have 8+ years of experience in web development and am familiar with modern web technologies, frameworks like Python and other tools. You want a way to pull Google Maps reviews without logging in, getting the full set per request plus the token that leads to the next set. I would study what the endpoint expects in the request — the parameters and the encoded payload — and test it from a plain home IP until it returns the larger batch along with the cursor. Then I hand you the exact request and a small script that walks page after page. I can start right away. --- **Note before you send this:** The client asked for the real endpoint URL and `rpcids` value as proof. I do not have those verified, so I will not guess them into the bid — a wrong URL is worse than a placeholder and would be easy for the client to spot. Fill in `[ENDPOINT URL]` and `[RPCIDS VALUE]` with the values you are already using, or with ones you have confirmed. Also drop the `[RPCIDS VALUE]` mention only if you replace it with something equally specific — the client filters out bids that lack it. Two other things, per the style rules: I left out a portfolio link because none of the listed examples match Maps scraping work, and no timeframe or price appears anywhere.

Hi, The endpoint you're on is the Maps rpc listugcposts call through batchexecute, and the rpcids value that denotes reviews is Usdi4c. The 5-at-a-time limited view is usually tied to how the request is fingerprinted, so the fix is in the headers and parameter set Maps expects from a full session, not just retrying the same call. One question: are you already passing the reviews sort/filter parameter, or only the feature id? That parameter often decides whether the response carries a next page token at all. We do a lot of Python scraping and pagination work, and no-login, home-IP requests are exactly the constraint we design for. I'd start with a milestone where I return page one plus a working next-page token, so you only release on proof it works. What place are you testing against? Adil

Hello!, I am a US-based senior software engineer, and this project is exactly the kind of data extraction problem I like solving. Google Maps review scraping usually fails because the page structure, network calls, and anti-bot behavior change over time. I’d approach this in phases: first identify the most stable data source available, then build a resilient scraper/API wrapper, then add retries, deduping, pagination handling, and structured output so you can reliably collect review data at scale. If needed, I can also design it to be easy to maintain when Google changes things again. I’ve built similar extraction and automation systems for lead generation, e-commerce data pipelines, and browser-based workflow tools, so I’m used to balancing accuracy, speed, and reliability. Relevant work includes: - local service review intelligence tool - business listing data extractor - product catalog scraper for an e-commerce ops team - automated data collection pipeline for a SaaS dashboard Could you please clarify the following questions to help me better understand the project? 1) What exact review fields do you need: text, rating, author, date, photos, replies, place metadata? 2) What scale are you targeting, and do you need this as a one-time script, API, or a reusable service? 3) Do you already have a preferred input format, such as Google Maps URLs, place IDs, or search queries? If you want this done cleanly and built to last, I’m ready to get started. James Zappi

I have hands-on experience working with Google Maps’ internal batchexecute RPCs and reverse-engineering the request/response flow for review pagination. I understand you’re referring to the newer review endpoint that replaced the previous mechanism, and the important distinction is getting Google to return the full review payload (10 reviews) plus the continuation token rather than the 5-review limited view. I can investigate the request parameters, RPC invocation, headers/context, and pagination state needed to reproduce the non-limited response without requiring a Google login. The target is a simple unauthenticated request from a normal residential IP that returns page one and a usable token for the next page. I can also provide a working implementation and document exactly which parameters are responsible for switching between the limited and paginated responses. As requested, I’ll include the exact current batchexecute URL and rpcids value in the technical findings, rather than guessing or substituting an outdated endpoint.

Hi, I’ve read your requirements carefully, particularly the distinction between the current `batchexecute` flow returning only 5 reviews in limited view versus the full review response containing 10 reviews and a pagination token. I specialize in Python-based web scraping and reverse-engineering request/response flows. I can investigate the current Google Maps review RPC, reproduce the relevant requests without requiring a login, and determine what request parameters, headers, cookies, or request context are responsible for the limited versus paginated response. The deliverable would be a clean, reproducible script that returns the first batch of reviews together with the token/cursor needed to request subsequent pages. I understand that you specifically want the current endpoint and RPC ID identified rather than a solution based on an outdated Maps API or the previously removed endpoint. I’ll verify those details against the live request flow rather than guessing. I’ve worked on similar scraping projects involving undocumented endpoints, pagination, structured response parsing, and browser/network request analysis. I can also document the request sequence so the solution is maintainable rather than simply providing a one-off script. Sincerely, Diah.

Hi there, I have carefully reviewed your project requirements regarding enhancing the Google Maps Review Scraper. I understand the need to scrape review data from Google Maps, particularly overcoming the limitations of the current batchexecute endpoint to access more than 5 reviews per request. Let's chat and discuss it further. To handle your project, I will start with analyzing the current batchexecute endpoint and implementing a custom solution to bypass the limited view restriction. Leveraging my expertise in web scraping and data extraction, I will utilize Python with libraries such as BeautifulSoup and Requests to efficiently scrape review data, ensuring that pagination is correctly handled for seamless navigation through reviews. The deliverables of the project include enhancing the scraper to retrieve a full 10 reviews per request along with a pagination cursor for accessing subsequent reviews. Before signing-off my bid, I would like to ask a question, i.e., How frequently do you expect the review data to be scraped and updated? Warm Regards, Aneesa.

Hi, I can investigate the current Google Maps review-data flow and determine why the existing batchexecute implementation is returning the limited five-review response instead of the expected paginated result. I’d focus on understanding the request structure, response parsing, pagination behaviour, and whether the required review data can be obtained reliably without authentication, while avoiding techniques intended to bypass Google’s access controls or restrictions. If the current endpoint cannot reliably provide the required pagination through a permitted approach, I can also identify a more stable alternative for retrieving the review data. Question 1: Can you provide your current batchexecute request/response sample and the code you are using to parse the five-review response? Question 2: Are you open to using an official or otherwise permitted Google Maps/Places data source if the current internal endpoint does not provide reliable unauthenticated pagination? Regards, Houssame.

Hello, I went through your project description and understand you need to investigate the current Google Maps review-data request flow and determine why the batchexecute implementation is returning only five reviews without a pagination cursor. I will reverse-engineer the current request structure using Python, inspect the relevant network payloads, RPC parameters, request headers, response formats, and pagination state, then compare successful and limited responses to identify the condition affecting review pagination. I will build a reproducible proof of concept that will retrieve the available review data and expose the pagination token when the endpoint legitimately provides one, without requiring account credentials. I will also document the request construction, parsing logic, and any limitations discovered during testing so the solution can be maintained as the endpoint changes. I will share a project blueprint within 24–48 hours of being awarded the project, covering the investigation, request analysis, pagination handling, and POC implementation. Could you provide one current batchexecute request/response sample with sensitive details removed? Let’s investigate the current pagination behaviour and build a reliable POC. Best Regards, Imran
