Job Description:
I’m looking for an experienced professional to help set up subscription-based subgroups within my existing private Facebook group and seamlessly integrate my current platforms, Teachable, Zoom, Squarespace, Stripe, Paypal, and Mailchimp. My online art coaching business offers paid art challenges, online courses, and a vibrant community, and I want to create a more scalable and sustainable membership model.
Scope of Work:
1. Facebook Subgroup Setup:
o Set up and configure 2 x subscription subgroups within my existing private Facebook community.
o Ensure clear and user-friendly member onboarding processes.
2. Platform Integration:
o Connect my current platforms (Teachable, Zoom, Squarespace, and Mailchimp) for a smooth user and onboarding experience.
o Automate workflows (e.g., syncing payments to approve group members and trigger email sequences).
3. Payment Systems:
o Set up payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) for subscription management.
o Ensure recurring payments are processed correctly.
4. Testing and Support:
o Conduct tests to ensure all systems are working seamlessly.
o Provide basic training or documentation so I can manage the system after setup NB - I am able to assist with content, eg: email, landing page, ad, marketing etc
5. Consider an initial soft launch strategy to entice existing members in the free private facebook to move to the paid model
6. Consider an external facebook ad strategy to attract and onboard new members
Requirements:
• Experience with Facebook group management and subscription subgroup setup.
• Strong understanding of platform integration, including Teachable, Zoom, Squarespace, and Mailchimp.
• Knowledge of payment gateway setup (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or similar.
• Based in Australia or experience working with Australian businesses.
• Clear communication in English; proficiency as a second language is welcome if communication is effective.
