Job Description:
I'm looking to build a small team of fun-loving badasses to work on various technical projects for clients.
This will include lots of API integrations, automations, and custom software development (mostly React/NextJS/Node, but dabbling in other languages, Python/PHP). You will get a chance to explore and develop solutions on a WIDE variety of platforms to solve many interesting challenges. My role will be partly hands-on with you on many of the projects, but primarily I'll be the customer interface so you can focus on doing your best work.
My business focus:
- Helping small (5-100 people) businesses solve their systems integration, data, software, and automation challenges.
- Building data pipelines using Python api-loading scripts, Segment, uploading to data warehouses (Snowflake)
- Integrating systems with off-the-shelf tools (like Zapier), and doing custom API integration when necessary.
- Developing custom software solutions using a blend of existing platforms and custom code. (e.g. javascript front end to an Airtable base)
- Some longer-term code projects (React, NodeJS, APIs, custom software module development)
- Lots of random tech-related stuff, exploring machine learning, AI, CRMs, SMS Automation tools...
What I can offer:

I'm looking for:
- A strong technical mind with the ability to independently problem-solve.
- Good software developer brain. I don't care if you are an expert with any particular tool, but you are willing to get into it, learn it, and find a solution.
- Lots of initiative, you don't need (and probably can't stand) to be micro-managed.
- I can count on you to pay attention to details.
- You are willing to be accountable, clearly communicate on projects, and stay on top of things.
- Someone that can be available and responsive via Slack during the week as our workload is pretty dynamic.
What would be great:
- Solid experience with React/NextJS, Node, Some Python & PHP would be nice.
- General technical knowledge of email systems, Zapier, SQL databases, DNS, hosting, Amazon Web Services, Wordpress, and the like.
I don't need you to know EVERYTHING (I sure don’t), just be willing to learn, assist, and serve our clients to be the best they can be.

NOTE: I have the React Admin Theme that I want to use in a NextJS project.. Can you make at least 1 or 2 pages from this theme work as a NextJS app in 6 or 7 hours? I don't care which ones, could be just login and something else.
