False-positive storms in Zabbix almost always trace back to one thing: a blanket trigger threshold applied across dependency tiers that don't share a failure domain, so one switch flap fans out into forty alerts across every dependent host. That's the first thing I'd fix, before any of the dashboard or SNMP work, because everything else you're asking for depends on trust in the alert stream. For the HA layer itself, Zabbix server active-active isn't supported, so it's a VIP-fronted primary with a warm standby and PostgreSQL streaming replication, proxies distributed by site or vendor segment so a single WAN link dropping doesn't blind the whole NOC. On the integration side, UTM and EDR data rarely fits Zabbix's native item model cleanly, so I'd normalize it through a small set of custom API pollers feeding Zabbix via trapper items rather than forcing everything through generic SNMP walks, which keeps template maintenance sane as vendors change their OIDs. License and threat data from cloud security portals get the same treatment, pulled server side rather than agent side so nothing depends on endpoint reachability to report license posture. I have more than 15 years on production data and infrastructure work. The closest to yours was China Northern Telecom's EAI platform, where I was project lead: 120 business objects, 50 collaboration flows and 3 client connections deployed across nine provinces, and I owned the high availability and disaster recovery design. Data management is the through line. For COFCO I architected the SAP ERP integration platform on WebSphere Message Broker with MQ and DB2, 15 workflows, each carrying its own error-correction module so master data and business documents stayed consistent and traceable across systems. Idempotency, retry and reconciliation design is my daily work. That is the same problem as the consistent data ingest you are asking for, with SNMP polls and vendor APIs in place of ERP adapters.
