I’d structure Riayati and Tatmeen as two independently testable integration layers so your existing WinForms application stays maintainable and failures can be isolated quickly. My background includes C#/.NET WinForms and SQL Server business applications, healthcare-related software, third-party API integration, and certificate/cryptography work. My approach: Validate OAuth 2.0 + mTLS connectivity and sandbox responses first. Implement Riayati request/response handling for prescription retrieval and dispensing. Build the GS1 scanner parser and Tatmeen verification/dispensing workflow. Extend SQL Server for transaction IDs, serials, configuration, audit/error logs, and retry-safe processing. Add WinForms feedback/manual lookup flows, then run end-to-end sandbox tests. The main dependency is access to the official sandbox contracts and credentials. Do you already have the Riayati/Tatmeen API specifications, mTLS certificate, sandbox credentials, and representative scanner payloads including FNC1 separators?

Hi. Before anything else, the GS1 parser. Your scanners are the risk there, not the code. Batch (10) and serial (21) are variable length, so each one ends at the FNC1 separator. Most POS scanners in keyboard wedge mode strip that character out. The parser then can't tell where the batch ends and the serial begins. It looks perfect on your sample codes and fails on real stock. The scanners have to be set to send GS as ASCII 29, and the parser needs a fallback for the ones that won't. Expiry (17) is another one. It's YYMMDD where DD can be 00, meaning end of month, and a plain ParseExact throws on that. On Riayati, the part of mTLS that usually bites is the private key, not the handshake. A PFX loaded without the right key storage flags leaves temp key files behind and breaks the moment the app runs under a different Windows user. I'd put the certificate in the machine store, read it by thumbprint, and reuse one HttpClient instead of building one per call. I already build pharmacy software: a POS with batch and expiry tracking, controlled drug registers and regulatory invoicing. My healthcare compliance work, audit trails and encryption, is at monitrreg.co.uk. One week to get the sandbox calls running end to end. Do you already hold the MOHAP sandbox credentials and the mTLS certificate, or is that still to be applied for?

Your Riayati integration will fail audit if you're not storing mTLS certificate thumbprints and OAuth refresh tokens with proper encryption at the SQL Server layer. UAE MOHAP requires full transaction traceability, and missing dispensing event logs will block your pharmacy license renewal. Quick questions - are you handling certificate rotation for mTLS without manual intervention? And does your current SQL schema support FHIR resource versioning for audit trails? Here is the architectural approach: - RIAYATI OAUTH + MTLS: Implement HttpClient with X509Certificate2 handler, store encrypted tokens in SQL using DPAPI, and build retry logic for FHIR R4 MedicationRequest/MedicationDispense endpoints with full error logging. - TATMEEN GS1 PARSING: Build regex-based DataMatrix parser extracting GTIN/expiry/batch/serial from AI format, validate against Tatmeen B2B verification API, and sync serial status to inventory tables with conflict resolution. - WINFORMS UI + DATABASE: Extend SQL schema with indexed transaction ID columns, add real-time barcode scan feedback forms with error prompts, and implement stored procedures for dispensing event rollback on API failure. I've architected similar MOHAP integrations for 2 UAE healthcare clients that passed DHA compliance audits. Let's schedule a 20-minute call to review your certificate setup and database schema before build starts.

Hi, The part that decides whether this project works is the connection to Riayati itself. Certificate based logins with MOHAP are where these integrations usually stall, and until a real prescription comes back from their sandbox, everything built on top of it is guesswork. So I would prove that piece first rather than build all of it at once. First phase: - Certificate and token login to Riayati working against the MOHAP sandbox, with tokens held safely inside your app - Look up a patient's prescriptions by Emirates ID and show them in a WinForms screen - Send dispensing events back to Riayati, with every request and failure recorded in SQL Server - Your existing tables extended for the transaction IDs, certificate settings and logs - A short write up of what MOHAP actually returned in testing 30,000 INR, delivered in two weeks. The Tatmeen barcode parsing and serial checks follow as a second phase, priced once you are happy with the first. One question: have the MOHAP sandbox certificates and client credentials been issued to you yet, or is that still in progress? Thanks, Bhagya

MedicationDispense posting back to Riayati after a MedicationRequest fetch usually needs a local queue table in SQL Server so failed submissions can retry without re-triggering the whole OAuth handshake — is that already in your schema or do I need to design it? Does your MOHAP sandbox already issue the mTLS client cert, or is that still pending from their onboarding team? I've built REST API integrations with token handling and error logging into a backing database, which maps well onto securing and refreshing the OAuth tokens here.

You need Riayati FHIR R4 and Tatmeen GS1 serialization wired cleanly into your existing WinForms/SQL Server stack, with proper mTLS, OAuth 2.0, and barcode parsing done right first time. Here is the plan: Week 1 covers OAuth 2.0 plus mTLS setup using HttpClient with certificate pinning, FHIR MedicationRequest fetch by EID, and secure token storage. Week 2 handles MedicationDispense posting, GS1 DataMatrix parser for GTIN/expiry/batch/serial, and Tatmeen B2B REST event registration. Week 3 completes SQL Server schema extensions, execution logging, WinForms UI components for scanning feedback and manual lookups, and full sandbox end-to-end testing. I have built healthcare API integrations involving FHIR R4 schemas, GS1 barcode parsing, and certificate-based authentication in C# production environments. I understand the UAE regulatory context these integrations operate within and the precision they demand. Delivery: 3 weeks to sandbox sign-off, clean layered architecture so your team can maintain it. Do you already have your Tatmeen B2B sandbox credentials and the mTLS certificates issued, or is that still pending?

Hi, Riayati and Tatmeen wired into your WinForms app. The mTLS handshake eats days, not the FHIR payloads. How we would do it: one HttpClientHandler holding the client cert and a cached OAuth token, MedicationRequest fetched by Emirates ID then MedicationDispense posted back, every response logged to SQL Server. The DataMatrix parser pulls 01, 17, 10 and 21 with FNC1 handled so serials don't run together. Do you have sandbox credentials already? We've shipped certificate based government API work.
