I need my Contact Form 7 submissions to flow straight into HubSpot without manual exports or missed leads. The site runs on WordPress; everything is already live, but none of the data is syncing yet. Your task is to connect the two systems, map every field I provide—whether it’s the usual name, email, phone or any custom fields I add later—and make sure new entries appear in the correct HubSpot lists or pipelines in real time. What I expect from you: • Audit the current Contact Form 7 setup, recommend the best connection method (API, webhooks, or an established plugin), then implement it. • Configure and test field mapping so each submission reaches the right contact property in HubSpot, avoiding duplicates. • Verify that the integration continues to work after plugin updates or theme changes, and document the exact steps you take so I can replicate them on other forms.
