I’m looking for someone who can move comfortably between the phone, the spreadsheet, and the boardroom. Each day you’ll handle inbound calls from our customers, guiding them through technical issues and general inquiries, logging every interaction in the CRM, and making sure each case is either resolved or escalated smoothly. When a matter needs extra attention, you’ll coordinate directly with our internal stakeholders—especially the Legal and Compliance teams—to gather the right approvals or documents and keep everyone in the loop until closure. Clear, timely communication is essential: brief status notes after each call, and concise updates to stakeholders so nothing slips. Beyond the phone work, I rely on accurate data to understand call volumes, response times, and recurring pain points. You’ll pull that information from our logs, clean it in advanced Excel, and turn it into insightful visualisations in Power BI. The dashboards should auto-refresh and highlight trends we can act on quickly. Deliverables • Daily call logs recorded in the CRM with resolution status • Escalation notes and stakeholder follow-up emails filed within 24 hours • Weekly Excel workbook containing cleaned call data and pivot summaries • Monthly Power BI dashboard (interactive) covering volume, handle time, and issue categories Acceptance criteria • 95 % of calls documented on the same day • No open stakeholder queries older than 48 hours • Dashboards load without errors and reflect the latest data snapshot If you have a steady phone presence, a knack for stakeholder coordination, and the Excel/Power BI skills to turn raw numbers into clear stories, I’d like to hear how you’d approach the first week on the job.
