Long-Term PHP Portal Development

I'm planning to launch a new portal based on pre-built scripts that will need to be modified and expanded with proprietary modules. I'm looking for an experienced PHP developer to collaborate with on a permanent basis on the platform's further development. What I already know needs to be implemented: a robust user management system, intuitive administration panels for me and moderators, and some integration with external APIs. The heart of the project will be a connection to the ChatGPT API – I'm looking for server-based processes that automatically generate valuable content based on defined prompts and user input. I expect clean, object-oriented code in PHP 8, a logical database structure (MySQL), and where it makes work easier, frameworks like Laravel or Symfony are welcome. The front-end of the panels can remain simple, as long as it's responsive; if you're proficient in Vue or React, that would be a plus. I see the collaboration interactively: after each release, the code is sent to a test server, and I receive a short documentation and unit tests. This will allow us to quickly identify errors and seamlessly add additional automation features. I want to launch the initial MVP as soon as possible, but I consider this a long-term project.
