"Lease to Own" Value Stream Process Improvement
Currently, to process a single transaction for this product it takes approx. 109 minutes of effort end-to-end.
There are 3 systems, 3 functional areas and up to 10 different documents.
Goal: Significantly reduce the effort and elapsed time of one of these transactions.
My preference here is to co-create the solution through discussion however, for a starting point, I believe we need to capture all data along the process and use it to fill in data fields and pre-populate documents that we would generate from Zoho whereas they are currently manually created.
I am trying to find the right freelancer to assist. With your response please attempt to help me understand your approach to this business problem. Ask questions if that helps. The successful contractor will be the individual that demonstrates understanding, asks the right questions and gives me confidence that our goal is achievable
Currently we have some light integration, mostly from the "Omni~View" side (OV is our inventory management system)
Most documents in this process are excel (O365)
They are all outside of Zoho but I believe a big part of the coming solution is to try and template/generate most of the documents from Zoho
