Hi — Elias here from Miami. I understand Brock GrantFinder already has a functioning AI-assisted prototype, so the right first step is not rebuilding it. I’d audit what Google AI Studio has produced, determine what is genuinely production-ready, and identify the highest-value fixes needed for a safe public trial and eventual commercialisation. What usually matters most with AI-generated prototypes is the underlying architecture: authentication, database structure, API/security boundaries, hard-coded logic, error handling, search quality, and whether important workflows actually persist reliably. I’d review the code and grant data pipeline first, then provide a prioritized assessment covering security, reliability, UX, hosting, and commercial readiness. I’d pay particular attention to grant search/filtering, saved grants, application tracking, reminders, and dead government links. For dead links, I’d implement scheduled validation with status/history rather than simply deleting grants, allowing replacement URLs or manual review where needed. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – Where is the current code/database hosted? Q2 – How are grants currently collected and updated? Q3 – Do users already have working accounts and saved data? I can also provide a clear roadmap covering hosting, subscriptions, PWA versus native apps, ongoing costs, and future development while keeping the repository/accounts under your control. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, An existing AI-built prototype can look functional while hiding security gaps, unreliable data/search, weak tracking logic or deployment issues. Since you already have Brock GrantFinder working, the priority should be understanding what can be improved and commercialised without wasting budget on unnecessary redevelopment. Our full-stack team can: • Review the existing Google AI Studio app and codebase • Audit architecture, security, database and core functionality • Test grant search, filtering and data structure • Improve user accounts, saved grants and application tracking • Strengthen deadline/reminder functionality • Improve responsive UI/UX and reliability • Recommend suitable hosting and deploy a test version • Identify priority fixes within the current budget • Provide a clear roadmap with indicative future costs • Document setup and hand over all updated source code Practical approach: We’ll begin with a structured technical review, then prioritise improvements by user value, reliability and commercial potential before development work starts. We understand the importance of keeping the repository, hosting and service accounts under your control, with third-party services and ongoing costs clearly documented. Our development team has 11+ years of experience building and improving web applications and digital platforms. Let’s review the prototype and establish the most practical path toward a commercial trial. Best Regards, Team SI Global Solutions

Google AI Studio apps usually call Gemini right from the browser, exposing your API key once deployed. That would be my first check in the review, along with how logins, the grant database and search are put together. You'd get a short plain-English report listing what works, what's risky and what each fix gains you, so you pick priorities that fit the budget. One thing I'd look at early: deadline reminders need a small server job plus an email service, which browser-only prototypes usually lack. After we agree the list I'd fix it, tidy the interface, and deploy a test version with hosting, repository and all accounts set up in your name, so nothing depends on me. The final roadmap would cover trial and commercialisation steps, including any ongoing Gemini or hosting costs you'd need to plan for. We can make the review report the first milestone, you release it only when it's in your hands. It takes me about 3 days once I can see the code and the demo.

The most important first step is separating what works well in the Google AI Studio prototype from what still needs production engineering around security, data quality, search, reminders and maintainability. My background includes full-stack SaaS development, AI-enabled applications, APIs, databases, cloud deployment and workflow automation. I would begin with a structured code/data review, agree the highest-value improvements with you, then implement those changes and deploy a test version you can trial with real users. For the grant database I would also add a maintainable dead-link process with source tracking, scheduled verification and review flags rather than silently losing records when government URLs change. I would recommend validating the commercial product as a responsive web/PWA first, then deciding whether dedicated iOS/Android apps justify the additional cost. I can start immediately after award.

The right first step is a structured technical audit of Brock GrantFinder, then prioritising only the fixes that materially improve reliability, search quality, security, and readiness for a real-world trial. The key issue is not simply improving an AI Studio prototype, but identifying which generated parts are dependable enough to keep and which need production-grade replacements. I’d review authentication, database structure, grant search/filtering, saved grants, tracking/reminders, hosting, third-party dependencies, and the handling of expired or dead government links. For dead links, I’d recommend storing source status separately from grant records, running scheduled URL checks, retaining historical grant data, and flagging broken or superseded sources rather than silently removing them. This protects search quality and reduces ongoing manual maintenance. I can also deliver a prioritised roadmap covering test deployment, mobile distribution options, subscription readiness, security, ownership of accounts/code, and future phases with indicative costs. A relevant project is Voiceup, where we inherited external data workflows and built structured AI processing, role-based dashboards, analytics, and production-ready backend integrations.

Hey, Mateo here from Toronto. An AI Studio prototype turning into something you can actually trust for reminders and deadlines usually comes down to one thing - whether the underlying code is solid enough to build on, or whether it needs a proper foundation swap before you add features. I'd start with a real review (security, reliability, what's actually salvageable vs what needs rebuilding), then fix the priority issues you and I agree matter most, tackle the dead-link problem in the grants database since that'll quietly break trust in the app over time if left alone, and get a test version properly hosted so you can see it working before we talk roadmap. Do you have access to the existing codebase and Google AI Studio project already, or is that something the current developer still needs to hand over?

Hi, This farming grants app appears focused on managing sensitive application data and workflows, a domain where robust backend architecture and data integrity are critical. The main technical risk is ensuring reliable data ingestion and validation to prevent errors or fraud in the grant process. While I have not built grant-specific systems, my experience leading the DocIntel AI platform involved designing scalable document ingestion and extraction pipelines with automated verification and structured data storage, which is relevant for handling application documents and metadata. I’d separate the ingestion, validation, and processing layers to isolate responsibilities and enable clear testing and scaling. Early validation of data consistency and user input flows will reduce downstream errors. To improve reliability, I typically implement monitoring, retries, and fallback mechanisms to handle ingestion failures or inconsistent data, ensuring stable production operation. I can start by outlining the ingestion architecture and data validation flow to align system design with your grant processing needs. Thanks, Clifton

==== Hi - Truong here ==== "GRANTFINDER APP REVIEW & COMMERCIALISATION" — you need the existing AI-built prototype turned into a reliable product with a clear path to launch. I’d start by reviewing the current code, database, grant search/filtering and reminder flows before changing anything. I’d prioritise reliability and security first, then address government dead links with a proper validation/status process so outdated grant records can be identified without breaking the user experience. I’d also keep hosting, repository and service accounts under your control, document third-party costs, and leave you with a practical roadmap for everything that falls outside the initial scope. Can you share the current prototype/repository so I can assess what should be fixed first? Looking forward to work with you

**Brock GrantFinder – Full-Stack Review & Development** I’d be interested in reviewing Brock GrantFinder and helping turn the existing Google AI Studio prototype into a reliable product that is ready for real-world testing and potential commercialisation. Rather than immediately rebuilding the application, I would first audit the existing codebase, architecture, database, search/filtering, user flows, security, and deployment setup. From that review, I’d identify the highest-value issues and create a practical priority list that fits the available budget. I can then implement the agreed improvements, including grant search and filtering, user accounts, saved grants, application tracking, reminders, responsive UI, and reliable handling of outdated or broken government links where applicable. I can also review the hosting and deployment approach and prepare a test environment. Because you’re not technical, I’ll keep the process straightforward and explain the important decisions without unnecessary jargon. The final handover would include the updated source code, documentation, setup information, third-party services and ongoing costs, plus a clear roadmap with indicative costs for the next stage.

Hi, Fernando here from Mexico. I want to review and improve Brock GrantFinder, focusing first on the existing prototype, grant database, search/filtering, application tracking and reminder flows. Because it was developed using Google AI Studio, I’d first map the current architecture and data flow, then fix the highest impact reliability and security issues before adding features. I’d also handle government dead links at the data layer rather than manually repairing them. I’ve worked on AI assisted web applications with structured databases, search, user workflows and cloud deployment, so I’d treat this as a product review and controlled improvement rather than rebuilding the prototype blindly. Would you prefer scheduled link validation or validation when a grant is requested, since that changes database design and hosting workload? For reminders, should deadlines trigger fixed notifications or user configurable reminders, since that affects the account and notification model? I’ll first audit the existing code and produce a prioritized technical findings list with the first fixes clearly identified. Bests
