i have developed many apps and got chance to handle many release cycle. Google usually takes 7 days to publish any app for public to download. In case of app is rejected i will you help you add changes to app so it can pass google verification. And as google keep it policy updated i will add those changes as well. Even if you don't choose me i will tell you if app has Gambling feature it will be rejected from app store.
