I’ve run into this exact Power Apps + SharePoint issue many times. When data only shows after a manual refresh, it’s usually caused by how the gallery is loading data or how Refresh, Clear Collect, or Patch is being handled behind the scenes. I’ll check the gallery’s Items formula, confirm whether delegation is affecting the query, and review how new or edited records are being written back to SharePoint. If needed, I’ll adjust the refresh or collection logic so the app re-evaluates the data immediately after any change. I’ll keep the fix limited to the current app and SharePoint list, then test adds, updates, and deletes with you to make sure everything shows up instantly and works as expected.
