Applescript / mac mail Project

Hello,

I need an AppleScript that looks into my email inbox. It then looks at my orders received via email in my inbox and sends out an email asking how their service was. It needs to search the order in the inbox and extract the customers email address. It should send the email 4 days after the original order was received. With this message it will automate the task of asking a customer how their oil delivery went.
