We run a B2B growth agency that helps recruitment firms across the UK and Europe connect with companies actively hiring. We’re currently looking for experienced appointment setters to help us book meetings with recruitment agency founders and CEOs. Your role will include: Finding recruitment agency owners on LinkedIn and Facebook Starting conversations with decision makers Qualifying agencies interested in growing their client base Booking meetings for our team Requirements: Experience with cold outreach or appointment setting Comfortable using LinkedIn and Facebook daily Strong communication skills Self-motivated and consistent You must have access to your own warmed-up social media accounts (we do not provide accounts) Pay Structure: £100 fixed payment for every 10 qualified appointments that successfully show up = 1=£10, 10=£100 Qualified appointments must be confirmed and attended by the prospect This is a strong opportunity for someone who already understands appointment setting and wants to work in a performance-based environment with long-term potential.
