Recruiter / Sourcer to find a UK telemarketer

I'm looking for a recruiter or sourcing specialist to find and screen candidates for me — not to do the calling themselves. The role you'd be sourcing for: one UK-based, native-English telemarketer / appointment setter for a small outbound calling project (introducing a service to UK businesses, around 5–7 calls to begin, more if it goes well). Your job:
 – Find suitable candidates who are UK-based with a local accent
 – Screen them and collect a short voice sample from each (reading a sample script) so I can approve
 – Hand over a shortlist of vetted candidates for me to choose from You're free to use any platform or method you like to find people — whatever you work best with. I'm hiring this out simply because I don't have access to the recruiting tools and job-posting platforms myself, so I'd rather have someone who does it well handle the sourcing. You can be based anywhere — what matters is that you can source UK-based callers. Payment: I'll pay per suitable placement — i.e. once I've approved a candidate who passes the voice sample. Please tell me in your bid roughly what you'd charge per placement and how soon you could start.
