About Us: We are a growing web development agency that helps businesses build premium, modern, and high-converting websites. We work with local businesses like restaurants, clinics, and service providers. Job Role: We are looking for a confident and fluent cold caller who can call business owners and introduce our web development services. Your main goal is to book appointments (10–15 min calls) for our team. Responsibilities: Call business owners from the provided lead list Introduce our services in a professional and friendly way Handle basic objections (like “we already have a website”) Convince them to book a short meeting/demo Maintain a simple record of calls (interested / not interested) Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English) Confident and persuasive speaking Previous calling / sales experience is a plus (not mandatory) Must have phone + internet connection Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Payment: (Choose one option based on your budget) ₹300–₹700 per day (part-time) OR ₹5–₹20 per successful call / lead OR ₹10000-15000 per month(full time) Bonus for each meeting booked Work Details: Flexible working hours Remote work Daily target: 30–80 calls Bonus (Important): Extra incentives for good performance Long-term opportunity if performance is good How to Apply: Send a short voice note or message introducing yourself and your experience.
