I’m preparing to develop a new commercial building and need a complete architectural plan that can move seamlessly from concept to permit-ready documentation. You’ll translate my functional requirements into a coordinated drawing set, advising on layout efficiency, structural logic, and code compliance along the way. Once we start, I’ll share the site information, target floor area, and any branding or sustainability goals so you can shape an appropriate massing study before refining the details. I expect the work to be produced in industry-standard CAD (DWG) with printable PDFs; if you prefer Revit or ArchiCAD that’s fine as long as the final files are compatible. Deliverables • Concept sketches and massing study • Dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and sections • Reflected ceiling plans and basic MEP coordination sheets • 3D model or rendered views good enough for stakeholder presentations • Final construction-ready drawing set, clearly annotated and code-compliant Acceptance criteria: drawings must be dimensionally accurate, meet local building codes, and be packaged so an engineer can stamp them without re-work.
