Proyecto: Modelado energético en CYPETHERM HE Plus Buscamos arquitecto o ingeniero profesional, con experiencia real en CYPETHERM HE Plus, para un proyecto residencial en España. El trabajo consiste en: - Revisar el modelo IFC y planos. - Crear y configurar el modelo en CYPETHERM HE Plus. - Modelar las viviendas, zonas comunes y sótano. - Configurar cerramientos, ventanas y sistemas. - Incorporar climatización, ACS, ventilación, recuperación de energía y fotovoltaica. - Realizar los cálculos y preparar HE0, HE1 y certificado energético. El edificio tiene 60 viviendas, pero solo 2 tipologías, por lo que no es necesario configurar cada vivienda de forma independiente. Documentación disponible Se entregará IFC, planos, información de envolvente y ventanas, fichas de equipos, ACS, ventilación y fotovoltaica. Importante Necesitamos un primer avance funcional antes del lunes para revisarlo y comprobar que el modelo está correctamente planteado. Después de aprobarlo, se continúa con el resto del proyecto. Entrega final - Modelo editable de CYPETHERM HE Plus. - Cálculos. - Justificación HE0 y HE1. - Certificado energético. - Archivos generados por el programa. Presupuesto: USD 190 Buscamos únicamente profesionales que ya tengan experiencia con CYPETHERM HE Plus. No buscamos a alguien que tenga que aprender el programa durante el proyecto. Importante: necesitamos comunicación en español.
