We are seeking an experienced architect engineer who is licensed in new jersey USA for stamping permits A mep hvac cad specialist to refine, modify where needed for permits , and reissue a package for a significant ~4,700 sq ft home renovation project to permitting . The successful freelancer will be provided with existing plans, CAD files, renderings, photos, and videos to serve as a starting point. The scope of work includes several key deliverables: * Update the full cad and pdf plan set, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Add detailed specifications for materials and quantities, covering elements such as moldings, doors, hardware, lighting, and various finishes. * Prepare complete shop drawings and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) plans, all in strict adherence to current U.S. Standards. * Update realistic photo renderings as the design evolves to accurately reflect the proposed changes. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented professional with proven experience in U.S. residential architectural projects and a strong understanding of local building codes and standards and materials
