Modern Single-Family Home Design

We are looking for an architect/drafter to modify and update architectural drawings for Abu Dhabi Municipality approval, changing the structural system from Precast to Steel Structure. Scope of work includes: * Adding steel columns to all floor plans. * Modifying slab thicknesses and updating all architectural levels accordingly. * Preparing and updating architectural drawings according to Estidama requirements. * Adding Estidama schedules/tables. * Preparing architectural sections with detailed architectural drawings. * Delivering drawings suitable for Abu Dhabi Municipality submission and approval. Previous experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and Estidama requirements is preferred.
