2-Story Home Addition in CT

I am a licensed general contractor looking to add a two story addition (22 x 24) at my existing two family home. The first floor of new addition will include master bedroom /suite and mudroom/1/2 bath and laundry. The second story addition will be used as small 1 bedroom efficiency. The efficiency will require internal set of stairs. The size of addition I am choosing will fit into zoning guidelines that will not a variance. I would like the ridge of the addition to line up with ridge of existing home. I will attach proposed interior layouts for basic ides to help with plans. We would like addition at the rear of the house with the existing rear steps and small removed. we will need a framing plan, elevation details to maintain 1850 architectural style home as well as foundation plan.
