I’d approach the first draft with clear floor-to-floor levels, structural elements, service zones, organized naming/layers, and a clean native model, then prepare the required IFC/DWG exports and five architectural stills. For the animation, I’d keep the circulation path clear and intentional so it communicates the spatial sequence rather than simply rotating around the building. Once the structural lead reviews the first draft, I can incorporate the coordinated mark-ups into the model and update the relevant outputs.
